when you contact me for a commission, you are agreeing to my TOS!

original characters (humans/humanoids, anthro/furry, monsters, animals, fantasy creatures, D&D characters, etc.)
fanart (if I know the property)
portraits (people and pets)
blood/gore or mature themes
icons, logos or misc design work
I won't do
NSFW
hateful or bigoted content
highly detailed machinery
NFTs
anything to do with AI "art" generators
all commissions are for personal use only - if you want to commission art for commercial use, please contact me so we can discuss further detailsI reserve the right to post the finished commission on social media or to use in portfoliosI have the right to decline your commission for any reasondo not rush me - things like where you are in my queue, the type of commission, the level of detail, and my irl work can all have an impact on how quickly your commission will be finishedpayment is expected before I begin work on your commissionduring the creative process I will send you updates on the progress of your commission - during this time you can ask for edits or small changes - however if I am asked to make changes after 5 times, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per edit after that pointI do not issue refunds at any stage of the creative process - however if you decide to cancel the commission you are still welcome to use whatever has been finished
